Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fynlo (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Fynlo ("we", "us", "our").

Fynlo is a financial data synchronisation platform that connects your Stripe account to your QuickBooks Online account. The Service automatically converts Stripe events — including payments, refunds, payouts, invoices, and disputes — into corresponding accounting entries in QuickBooks Online as journal entries, in real time or on demand.

Fynlo operates as a middleware layer. We do not hold, process, or settle payments on your behalf. We are not a financial institution or payment processor.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@fynlo.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account represents one workspace. Each workspace may connect one Stripe account and one QuickBooks Online company.
• You must verify your email address to activate your account.

Plans

Fynlo offers the following subscription tiers:

Billing & Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your card will be charged on the same day each month.
• Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• You authorise Fynlo to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date.

Historical Data Pull

• Your first Historical Data Pull is free for up to 6 months of historical data.
• Each additional calendar month beyond the free tier is charged at $4.90 per month, billed upfront before the sync begins.
• Re-pulls (any subsequent Historical Data Pull) are charged at $4.90 per calendar month with no free months.
• Historical Data Pull charges are non-refundable once the sync process has started, regardless of the number of transactions found.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period expires.
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Plan Changes

Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately and is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying source code of the Service.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts or damages the Service.
• Use the Service to process data on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent.
• Exceed plan transaction limits in a way intended to circumvent billing.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission from Fynlo.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Fynlo integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe and QuickBooks Online (Intuit). By using Fynlo, you agree to comply with those platforms' respective terms of service and acceptable use policies.

• Fynlo accesses your Stripe account via OAuth with the permissions you explicitly grant during connection. We use read access only for the purpose of data synchronisation.
• Fynlo accesses your QuickBooks Online account via OAuth with write access limited to creating journal entries, sales receipts, credit memos, deposits, and customer records needed for sync.
• Fynlo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Stripe or Intuit unless explicitly stated.

Fynlo is not liable for any changes to, unavailability of, or data loss caused by third-party platforms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Fynlo, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. OAuth tokens used to access Stripe and QuickBooks are encrypted at rest and used solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by Fynlo. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain all rights to your data, including your Stripe transaction data and QuickBooks accounting data. You grant Fynlo a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and process your data solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that accounting entries created in QuickBooks will be tax-compliant. Fynlo is a technical synchronisation tool — you remain responsible for verifying your accounting records with a qualified accountant.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FYNLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FYNLO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FYNLO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) SGD 100.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, or we are required to do so by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@fynlo.pro. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
