Cookie Policy

Effective date: April 2026 · Last updated: April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies Fynlo uses, and how you can control them. Fynlo complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the website to remember information about your visit (e.g., your login session) to make the site work correctly or to provide certain features.

Cookies can be "session cookies" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (stored for a defined period).

2. Cookies Fynlo Uses

Fynlo uses only essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the application to function. We do not use any marketing, advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

No tracking cookies. Fynlo does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, HubSpot, Intercom, or any other behavioural tracking or advertising tool. We do not share cookie data with any advertising networks.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Fynlo does not load third-party scripts on its dashboard that set cookies. The application at app.fynlo.pro communicates only with our own API at api.fynlo.pro.

The Stripe payment element (shown on the billing and Historical Data Pull pages when a payment is required) is loaded from Stripe's domain and may set Stripe's own essential cookies in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. How to Control Cookies

Because Fynlo only uses essential cookies, disabling them will prevent you from logging in and using the application.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data

Clearing cookies will sign you out of Fynlo and you will need to log in again.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology or regulation. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you via email.
