About Historical Data Pull
What does Historical Data Pull do?
It imports your past Stripe transactions — payments, refunds, payouts, and invoice payments — directly into QuickBooks as journal entries, exactly like real-time sync does for new transactions.
How is pricing calculated?
Your first pull ever is free for the first 6 months of history. Any additional months beyond 6, or any subsequent re-pull, is charged at $4.90 per calendar month selected.
Will I get duplicate entries in QuickBooks?
No. Every transaction is tracked by its Stripe ID. If you re-pull the same date range, existing transactions are skipped — only genuinely new data is pushed to QuickBooks.
How far back can I pull?
You can pull up to the limit of your current plan. Stripe retains charge and invoice data for several years, so older data is available.
